NR Alert Medical Alarms works in conjunction with a 24-hour Central Monitoring Company that specializes in two-way voice capabilities. Our staff is professional and trained to assist you with whatever emergency arises.

When the emergency alert is activated, you will be able to speak with a representative from anywhere in your home and they will be able to talk and listen to you while help is on the way.

Your Privacy

The Central Monitoring Company cannot hear or talk to you unless the system has been activated. The alarm system from your home must send a signal before the operator can communicate with you.
