The following is a list of disciplines employed by Nurses Registry with descriptions of the opportunities available:
Registered Nurse (RN): Both general Medical/Surgical and Specialty, such as ICU, ER, OR, and Telemetry. Shift by shift scheduling or thirteen-week contract for experienced Home Health RN's. Let us know what area you are interested in and we will leave no stone unturned in finding a position for you!
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Needed for general Medical/Surgical hospital and long-term care assignments. Also needed for in-home patients and medical office staffing. LPN's are highly valued members of the Nurses Registry Team!
State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNA): Openings available for long-term private care clients immediately. Also needed on all shifts for hospital and nursing home staffing. Home Health visits are also available. We are willing to work around school schedules!
Sitters/Companions: Sitting available at care facilities and in-home. Cases available all hours, seven days per week, long or short term. Many of our clients would not be able to stay in their home without our help.
Therapists: Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists needed to staff PRN in facilities, covering in-house staff illnesses, vacations, etc. Also needed to provide therapy visits in Home Health and Adult Day Care settings. Pick your days and hours!

COMMUNITY EDUCATION COORDINATOR (CLINICAL)

ADN or BSN required. Social services, public relations, and/or relevant medical field. Work experience in medical human services, health field, clinical products and/or services environment. Must have a minimum of 5 years outside sales experience. Knowledge of the team concept and ability to function within this concept. Ability to promote and maintain positive interpersonal relationships utilizing highly effective communication skills. Ability to identify home care needs of patient, community populations and resources to meet more of their needs. Effective time management, self motivation and organizational skills a must. Duties include, but are not limited to:- Promote care coordination for physicians and rural hospitals for current patients.
- Coordination with physicians to ensure appropriate and accurate written documentation (orders, case summaries, etc.) is obtained and returned to the agency in a timely manner.
- Obtain referral information from physician offices after appropriate referral for care is received.
- Education to community and hospital staff on appropriate resources available for home health.
