Statement
On Friday, July 22nd 2011, we were given notice that the U.S. Attorney's Office has decided to piggy-back on a case that was filed by two former Nurses' Registry employees nearly three and one-half years ago. The only claims that have been filed were made by the former employees and we believe that no one should draw any conclusions based upon the filing of the Complaint. We have filed a Motion to Dismiss the only claims that are before the Court and we stand by our Motion. When, or if, the U.S. Attorney's Office files any claims, we will appropriately address them at that time.
